What AI models can I use?

All plans include access to every model. Choose from Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, and Meta Llama. Switch models anytime.

Is my data secure?

Each organization gets an isolated agent runtime. Your credentials are encrypted at rest. The agent only has access to the tools you explicitly connect.

Can I use my own API keys?

The platform uses its own API keys for LLM and integration calls. You provide API keys for enrichment tools that require them (like Prospeo or Apollo).

What happens when I hit a usage limit?

When your included balance hits zero or your rolling 7-day cap is fully consumed, Copia pauses new runs and sends you to the billing page. Upgrading increases both the monthly allowance and the weekly cap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Cancel from your settings page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
