Copia AICopia AI

How It Works

Copia AI gives you an AI agent that connects to your GTM tools and executes real actions on your behalf.

The core loop

1
You connect your tools — LinkedIn, email, CRM, enrichment, and more via OAuth or API key.
2
You describe what you want — in natural language, in the chat interface.
3
The agent plans and executes — it uses your connected tools to research, enrich, reach out, and update your systems.
4
Results show up inline — tool calls, data, and generated artifacts appear directly in the chat.

Isolated agent runtime

Each organization gets its own dedicated agent runtime. Your data, credentials, and execution context are completely isolated from other users. The agent has access only to the tools and integrations you've connected.

Usage-based billing

Every model call and tool action consumes part of your included usage allowance. Lightweight models stretch your plan farther; heavier reasoning and larger outputs consume more.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance plus a rolling 7-day cap so teams can use Copia heavily without burning the entire month in one burst.

Skills extend the agent

Skills are reusable instruction sets that tell the agent how to handle specific tasks. They contain step-by-step instructions, allowed tools, and parameters. You can use built-in skills, create your own, or let the agent generate them from conversations.

Memory persists across sessions

The agent can save and recall organizational knowledge — your ICP, CRM conventions, communication preferences, past decisions. Memory is stored as key-value pairs and injected into every conversation so the agent always has context.

Automations run in the background

Scheduled tasks run on a timer (hourly, daily, weekly). Triggers react to events from your connected integrations. Plays and tasks represent GTM motions the agent recommends and can execute automatically.
