Creating a scheduled task

Go to Scheduled and click New. Set a name, write a prompt describing what the agent should do, choose a model, and pick a frequency: hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. Set the time of day for daily/weekly/monthly tasks.

How execution works

At the scheduled time, the system claims the task, wakes the agent if needed, and runs the prompt. The agent has access to all your connected tools and memory. Results are saved as a run with full history.

Monitoring

Each task shows its last run time, status, and any errors. Click into a task to see the full run history including the agent response and tool calls.

Examples

Daily GTM brief: summarize pipeline, new replies, and suggested actions. Weekly prospecting: find and enrich 50 new leads matching your ICP. Monthly report: analyze outbound performance and suggest improvements.
