What are triggers
Triggers watch for events from your integrations and run an agent prompt when the event occurs. For example: when a new contact is created in HubSpot, automatically research them and suggest an outreach strategy.
Creating a trigger
Select an integration and event type. Write a prompt that tells the agent what to do when the event fires. The event context (contact data, deal info, etc.) is automatically included.
Event types
Available events depend on the integration. CRM integrations support events like contact created, deal stage changed, and activity logged. Each trigger can be enabled, disabled, or deleted.
