What are plays
Plays are recommended GTM actions based on signals the agent observes. For example, if a trigger detects a prospect visiting your pricing page, the agent might recommend a play: send a personalized follow-up email.
Tasks within plays
Each play contains one or more tasks. Tasks are concrete steps like research the account, draft an email, or update the CRM. Some task types can be executed automatically by the agent.
Task lifecycle
Tasks move through statuses: open, in progress, completed, or failed. Auto-executable tasks (research, enrichment) run without manual approval. Other tasks wait for human review.
