How integrations work
When you connect an integration, the agent gains access to that tool's actions. For example, connecting LinkedIn lets the agent search profiles, send messages, and manage connections. Connecting HubSpot lets it read and update contacts, deals, and activities.
Connecting
Most integrations connect via OAuth. Click Connect, authorize in the popup, and you are done. Some enrichment tools require an API key instead.
Multiple accounts
You can connect multiple accounts per integration. For example, two LinkedIn profiles or three email accounts. You can set a default account and the agent will use it unless you specify otherwise.
Rate limits
Each integration has daily rate limits to protect your accounts. LinkedIn limits connection requests to 25 per day, messages to 80 per day, and searches to 100 per day. You can customize these limits per account.
